About paying
- What does per project mean?
- You pay once for one project. Change that project as much as you like, and download its sheets again whenever you change it, at no extra cost. A copy saved as a separate project is a separate purchase.
- Can I move from Plan Plus to the Renovation Pack later?
- Yes. You pay only the difference between the two for that project.
- Is there a subscription?
- No. There's nothing to cancel.
- What if something doesn't work?
- Ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and you'll get your money back. The refund page has the details.
- Are the sheets good enough for a permit?
- No. Every Pretecture sheet is a concept plan for planning and talking it through. A permit needs drawings from a licensed professional, and every size should be checked on site.
